After recently walking the hillsides in the beautiful Lake District, observing the vibrancy of the yellow gorse bushes in full bloom against the lush green grasses and the sunlight over the landscape, I created a mini series of work based on the emotions and memory of the day walking in nature.
Many photographs were taken to capture the atmosphere and changing season and back at my studio painting a new mini series began.

Lovely ring holder, very well made and looks just like the picture. I always have mine by the sink ready for when washing up so I know where I've put them. Packaged so lovely if giving it as a gift.
The bowl is beautiful - a one off piece. There was a complication with the original bowl breaking in the post. Nicola immediatley offered to make a replacement, delivered it to our house in Manchester and included a smaller bowl as a gesture of good will. Fantastic production values, service and generosity.
