What types of art do you offer?

We specialize in original atmospheric paintings that capture the essence of nature. Our collection includes unique pieces created with acrylic and mixed media, designed to enhance your home decor.

How can I verify the authenticity of a painting?

Each artwork purchased from us comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate serves as proof of the artwork's originality and is an important document for collectors.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in their original packaging. You will need to contact us to initiate the return process.

How is my order shipped?

For UK orders, we provide free tracked shipping via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. For EU and international orders, we use a tracked postal service and ensure that items are securely wrapped for protection during transit.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos of packaging and item, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Do you accept international returns?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from outside the UK. If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How is your work packaged ?

Great care and attention is given when wrapping my artwork for shipping. Layers of tissue, cardboard packaging, starch packaging peanuts (for ceramic pieces) and heavy-duty cardboard boxes are used to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Fully Tracked Postal Services are used with tracking details provided to the customer.

What do I do if my parcel is damaged ?

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged ,please inform the courier immediately, photograph the damage including the packaging and contact me with the details.
