The Artwork

What types of art do you offer?

Original atmospheric acrylic and mixed media paintings that capture the essence of nature, alongside handmade porcelain ceramics inspired by the Japanese Wabi-Sabi aesthetic. Each piece is unique and made by Nicola in her Manchester studios.

How can I verify the authenticity of a painting?

Each artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, which serves as proof of the artwork's originality and is an important document for collectors.

Do you make custom artwork?

Yes — commissions are available in Nicola's artwork style, with different sizes, colour combinations, and framing options. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

How do I commission a painting?

Contact Nicola with photos of previous work you like, an approximate size, and your preferred colour scheme. We can then arrange a Zoom or phone call to discuss further. Click here to get in touch.

Shipping & Packaging

How is my order shipped?

UK orders are sent with free tracked shipping via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. EU and international orders are sent via a tracked postal service. Tracking details are provided to all customers.

How is your work packaged?

Great care is taken when wrapping artwork for shipping. Layers of tissue, cardboard packaging, starch packaging peanuts (for ceramic pieces), and heavy-duty cardboard boxes are used to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, inform the courier immediately, photograph the damage including the packaging, and contact Nicola with the details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Do you accept international returns?

We cannot accept returns from outside the UK. If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
